Legal Project Management Training
Wed, 29 January 2020 - Fri, 31 January 2020

Course dates: 29 – 31 January 2020.

Venue: ETC’s venue at 50 – 52 Chancery Lane, London.

Ever wondered what legal project management is like in practice?

Now you can find out by attending a legal project management training course, after which you will become a certified by the International Institute of Legal Project Management as a legal project management professional.

Applying legal project management helps you run your own matters more effectively, helps your department become more efficient and helps improve the management of your external legal advisors.

All large private practice law firms now have legal project managers and research shows that in-house teams of all kinds report clear returns on investment after legal project management training and implementation.

After completing this course you will understand the key principles of legal project management, feel confident about putting them into action and become more able leading teams and driving legal project management roll-out in your organisation.

The course is run by Antony Smith, solicitor (non-practising) and project manager.

What some previous delegates have said about the course:

“Thought provoking and interesting.  I look forward to putting it into practice.”

Nicola Sayers, Housing Development Legal Officer, Epping Forest District Council.

“I just wanted to say a huge ‘thank you’ for last week’s course.  The three days achieved exactly what I was looking for – to pull together various bits of disparate knowledge and thinking, and to reassemble them into something more structured and coherent”

Andrew Smith, Head of Group Legal Services, Allied Irish Bank

“I would recommend this course to anyone interested in legal project management: informative, engaging and thought-provoking.”

Paul McCarthy, Partner, Head of Costs, CFG Law.
