  •  “I have worked with eastlaw for a number of years and have always been impressed by the quality of their advice and representation. They have a very good track record of achieving positive outcomes for NNDC but are also able to use the law in an innovative and imaginative way in their work.  eastlaw has been central to the success of the Council’s Enforcement Board and this initiative has been extremely well received by our members but also by the residents of North Norfolk. The Council is very proud of what the team has achieved both in terms of their legal work but also in terms of the considerable savings they have made on their budget, while at the same time delivering improving services.” - Director, North Norfolk District Council
  •
  • “As a frontline regulatory service provider we have used eastlaw to provide our legal services for several years. They provide both advice and act on our behalf at court. They provide a level of professionalism and knowledge that is second to none and working in partnership with us they have ensured a high level of success in both complex enforcement issues and prosecutions.

  •
  • "Under the pressure of local government reorganisation, North Norfolk District Council decided against outsourcing its legal services as other councils had done. Instead we decided to show faith in our legal team and seek to offer North Norfolk District Council’s services to other District Councils, parish councils, housing associations and charities.
  •
  • "In 2013 eastlaw became the provider of legal services to Coastshare, an enterprise with Great Yarmouth Borough Council which will allow members of the partnership to provide wider services to one another without the imposition of VAT.
  •
  • "But perhaps more important still, eastlaw is of unrivalled support to our constituents by means of its work for parish councils and smaller charities. These groups do not have the luxury of an income sufficient to pay high street solicitors for the advice which they must have. eastlaw has been perfectly placed to offer our community a familiar and trusted service at fixed fees and break even prices.
  •
  • "eastlaw is a credit to the energy, imagination and public spirit of every member of our legal team and a model for local authorities everywhere.” - Member, North Norfolk District Council
